I have a hp envy laptop with 6GB of ram, i5 480M, and i believe a AMD 5650.
I am trying to play Elder Scrolls Online but on my laptop the graphics look terrible and the load times terribly slow where on my desktop they are not. Since i cant change out the 5650 is there anyway that changing the ram to something better like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233588 do anything to solve either problems.

+1 alienworkshop while your computer meets the minimum requirements, it might be struggling a bit.
Have you tried getting the resolution and quality down a bit ?

Also keep in mind that this game just got out of beta and their might be some optimization to do.

[ The minimum system requirements for the game on PC are: ]

— Operating System: Windows XP 32-bit
— Processor: Dual Core 2.0GHz or equivalent processor
— Memory: 2GB System RAM
— Hard Disk Space: 60GB free HDD space
— Video Card: DirectX 9.0 compliant video card with 512MB of RAM (NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800 / ATI Radeon™ 2600 or better)
— Sound: DirectX compatible sound card.

honestly, i don't think a memory upgrade is going to solve your problem. better off buying a new laptop with specs that can play your games. if you can afford it or are willing to pay the price for a good one.
