Looking for an alternative to Itunes to organize my FLAC and MP3 files

I recently began the process of re-ripping all my favorite music into FLAC. I never liked Itunes and I really don't want to use it to organize all my music.

My question; Is there a good application to organize my music in various formats, predominately FLAC and MP3? I want to find something good with no advertisements and I don't mind paying for it.

As a secondary question; I remember seeing a really badly made commercial staring Biz Markie for a program that would find cover art and re label all your music for better organization. Based on the ad I was skeptical that that specific program would work, but is there anything else out there that does?

My music collection has grown absurdly large over the last decade and it needs a serious reorganization and face lift.

Thank you

Basically I have been trying out Foobar2000 for the last week and it works pretty good except for a non-intuitive UI and organization is still a challenge. One of my main problems is my collection spans over a decade and includes rips, purchased downloads and even some old stuff from Napster, there is no continuity in the way I named, or organized files so it's a huge mess that I will need to spend a lot of time organizing. I want something to make that process as easy as possible and make my listening experience less of a headache.

I will check out The Nightengale Project Hawkeye22, thanks for the suggestion.

I appreciate any suggestions from you guys, like I said earlier, Google is a great way to find stuff out but I had hoped someone here recently took on a project similar to mine and has some suggestions.
