Hi everyone. My first post here.

I just bought an used HP Envy 15-1067nr with an ATI Mobility Radeon 4830 (m97). I installed Windows 7 SP1 an everything works fine. But when I try to install the drivers for the graphic card it gets stucked right when the windows logo. It doesn't go any further.

I downloaded the drivers from AMD and from HP's website and nothing. I even downloaded a modded driver set that they suggested in a post in HP forum.

I don't know what else to do. I hope somebody here has had the same problem and solved it, or somebody can give a lead to where to look for it.

Thanks for everything.

I will answer myself since I just "fixed" it. I went to hp site, and in the graphics/video drivers in the oldest version there is an option that says "older versions" or something like that. I clicked it and there was an older version of the drivers. I installed that one (not installing the catalyst control center, just in case). Now it works perfect.

I hope this help somebody that, like me, gets stuck.
