At that price point and what you plan on using it for, you should look for a laptop featuring an A10-5750M something like a Lenovo G505s on Amazon, Newegg, ebay
Might be hard to find a laptop featuring a more powerful GPU, though I have seen laptops on sale that feature a GT 740M around the $550 range
