So.. Im gonna try explain my best, and not to forget anything.
Laptop: Acer Aspire TimelineX 3820TG

Issue:
I turned off the laptop, in a correct way because I was moving it to a different house. Nothing happend on the way to the house. Suddenly, it wont boot... It wont boot at all, neither will it give any sort of indications of life, like any LED's blinking or something. It's completely dead.

I have tryed like EVERYTHING, even my own experiments with no luck..

I have tryed swapping RAM's, I have swapped HDD, I have stripped it all down, so the motherboard is outside the laptop with CPU&GPU fan, power cable and boot button connected.

I have removed the CPU and replug it... I have tryed every way regarding with/without AC/DC/Battery n such.. Changed CMOS battery. I have even done some experiments.. I connected a VGA cabel from a powered on laptop, to my dead motherboard. THEN!

Then I got a minor indication of life. I heard a very small noise from the CPU fan, and it looked like it wanted to start spinning. I can make it spin if I help it start by spinning it manual, lol... But thats all...

In other words, I have done like everything you can imagine to get some life indications. Please give me some advices, the motherboard CANT be dead, it cant die just like that.. Wtf.

Could a bad cable from CPU fan be the whole problem? Help my arse please.

P.S: I have no multimeter... The AC/DC power thingy is working, I have tryed 2 different kinds with no luck.

Thank you VERY much for your reply! Alright, I have the motherboard infront of me. The power board, is that the DC cable that goes into the motherboard, or is the small chip/board where the power button is attached? Is there any way I could jump start it by shorting or something, like u can do with a ATX power supply?

Looking forward to ur reply!

Ok, after watched the video, i can say this. I have one "Power button board", that includes start button and a flat cable to the motherboard. Besides that, on this laptop, The AC/DC jack on the laptop is just a connector->wire->4pin connector to motharboard. What exactly is probably broken? Is it my power button board, or the AC/DC jack thing? I could open this current working laptop, and take out power button board, and AC/DC jack and see if they fit. I wait for ur reply before though.

Okay.. :( Well, I disassembled my current laptop, old like hell, a HP Compaq 615, haha.. The power board button's FCC/Ribbon cable was way too big, and the DC jack in the laptop was integrated on the motherboard... But to clarify things. You think that the problem could be my DC jack that is faulty? http://www.saver.gr/images/14/ACER_ASPIRE_DC_JACK_90W.jpg That is a DC jack, and that cable goes into the motherboard, I have no external power board.. Gah, u gotta help me here :p

Alright. Thanks anyways, really appreciated!
I think I will buy a new motherboard, because something tells me that the motherboard is dead. I found one on Ebay for ~150usd incl shipping. Tho, they ship from USA, n i live in Sweden, hehe.
