Hey guys, as always thanks ahead of time for any and all responses.

I've never really shopped for a laptop before. I've had a couple but I always used my desktop for anything requiring muscle. Now I've opened an internet based business requiring a bit more portability and late nights which a desk/chair combo is inferior to the bed/pillow setup that is more fitted to a laptop. Anyway I'll try to lay out the req's:

-sub 650.00
-can be refurb but prefer new. i have backup disks for w7 home prem and w7 pro
-its a new business and travel will be minimal, although not completely absent
-doesnt need to be graphics intense, no dedicated card or apu needed, not a dealbreaker though
-touchscreen is not necessary
-prefer a 15.6 or comparable screen size
-color doesnt matter, ill take a pink one if its worth the money (no kidding)
-i don't mind pulling out an hdd and installing an ssd if it fits in the budget, likewise on the ram if needed

No gaming will be done here, im not sure where the business will go but i'd like to get something that will keep up if it takes off. I'd like to get a year out of it before i need an upgrade. Will be running Microsoft Office. Some work with my branding image will be necessary but nothing intense. I just would like something dependable. Ive shopped newegg and amazon quite a bit but everytime i find something that fits i read a bunch of reviews that make me turn away. For instance, more times than not a Lenovo Brand laptop fits perfectly, but multiple reviews complain about their QA dept. letting things like missing keys and uninstalled O.S. through the gate.

thanks again
Ricky
