his is the strangest thing ever. My laptop Toshiba satellite l355d-s7915 kept shutting down during start up so I used one stick and then the other (RAM) and no luck. and then I reseated the cpu and still no luck. Then In the morning it started up fine but it seams like the keyboard is pressing stuff by it self when I type something it types a bunch of letters by it self. Like if I press the S button it will work and then it will press the other number and other letters. I checked there is no stuck keys that I can see. And also it keeps kicking me back to the windows switch users like a key is sticking.

UPDATE

Now the PC is doing what IT did before not booting at all gets to the Toshiba logo and shuts it self down

This could be the heatsink/cooler lost contact to the CPU, make sure heatsink screws are tight and/or thermal paste is applied.

I would take it to local laptop repairs store and get a quote on the repairs (diag included), then compare with the prices of the new mainboard and cpu. Other users might want to do the same route as replacing the parts, for me I like to shop and compare options.

A new motherboard is $40 so I know that if I take it to a repair shop they would want that just too look at it.
