I am looking for a laptop that performs the best that are close to to the $400 range, preferably new, but I am not looking for anything special, the only thing I ask is for a quad core 2.0GHz processor, 4GB of RAM, and a 500GB HDD.
I am also open to building a desktop if that is possible for $400. Same requirements would be very nice.
