how to use both wired and wifi on laptop together

Want to use my wired connected laptop by wifi too.
Can i use them together to increase the speed of my laptop?
I lives where net speed is very low so want to use both . . . .. . Need suggestion . . . .

i dont think using them together would increase the speed at all...just used wired if you want fastest speeds

If you have the wire connected you will use that. If you could combining them wouldn't make it faster. Currently today wired is faster then wireless. If that doesn't help you need a new internet provider. Another note cable internet is faster then DSL.

No, the speed is not additive.
You are probably limited by the speed of your wired connection.
Do some testing and see which one prevails.
