I wouldn't kno where to start without and descriptions of needs, applications to be used or budget. But for simply replacing an old lappie qith the excat same model, all I can suggest is e-bay

Did your laptop break or did you break it? Maybe you should get a Panasonic Toughbook.

As you give no clue to budget and what use you have for a laptop other than breaking it I have based my suggestion on the information you have provided.
