Need a laptop with Express Card Slot

Hello, I am going to buy a mid range laptop in my father's birthday to gift him. So I need the following specs-
Intel i5 4th Gen processor ( i3 would also work )
4 GB DDR3 Ram upto 8GB or 16GB
Optical DVD Drive
Hard Drive 500GB would be fine
14" or 15.6" LED Display
Integrated Graphics....(Intel HD 4600)
and an Express Card Slot (in which I will connect an external GPU for casual gaming at future)
nothing much more....
My Budget is INR 40000...Suggest me a good laptop...

40,000 INR is not a lot of money; $655.

Laptops with an Express Card is generally limited to business oriented laptop like the 15" Dell Latitude 5000 series. However, they generally start at about $720 but that price only gets you a Core i3-4010u CPU which has an Intel HD 4400 iGPU. In fact, all the CPU options are for "u" model CPUs and they all have the Intel HD 4400 iGPU.
