Cursor Behavior Problems

I own an Asus G75V ROG series laptop. I've owned the computer for about a year and have recently run into cursor issues. At first, I thought it was my mouse... I tried many different surfaces, different mouses and they all have the same result. Sometimes it seems like the cursor is moving too slow, sometimes it jumps around the screen or goes in random directions. This problem only occurs at random. I can go a day without the problem and then the next day, it won't stop. I've tried re-installing the drivers, and even went to Best Buy on my warranty and had no luck there either. They told me it was my mouse and basically told me the brand of mouse I use it bad. (razer) Even though I've tried many different brands. When they had my computer, all they did was re-install the drivers, even though I had already done that. I have been surfing the internet and cannot find any information on this problem other than people saying, "The mouse is broken." Would appreciate any thoughts, I'm pretty much out of options now. I have also tried system restores, nothing changed.
