How I delete a screenshot I edited it & done?

Hi,
I took a screenshot from my friend's blog
I edited it with photoshop & i was done of it but then when i opened new on photoshop (CS5) it took the length & the width of the clipboard (the screenshot)
so now to get normal preset i should restart my computer witch bothers me a lot!! so I would like any one to tell me how to delete it
PS: I my screenshot does not go to any folder or clipboards so please HELP!!

What's wrong with restarting the computer? Good thing to do anyway every so often even if you normally let the computer stay on 24hr/day. Or do you mean something else when you say "restart" like "re-image"?

You are not actually talking about deleting the screenshot but about setting the default workspace in photoshop to default, is that right? What if you go to the File menu and select New?
