Have purchased 2 Dell Precision m4800's. Both have experienced almost daily "freezing/lock-up" problems from the start. After working with Dell Tech Support for almost 3 weeks (motherboard replacement, video card replacement, bios & driver updates, etc) both are being returned. These problems are not unique to us.
