Can i upgrade my laptop's processor?

Hello,
i have 3rd generation intel core i3 350m (http

i want to upgrade this laptop to Intel® Core™ i5-3470T (http

/ark.intel.com/products/65703/Intel-Core-i5-3470T-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz) Processor.Can I upgrade its Processor ??? I know that, I will have to take my laptop apart. But still I want to upgrade its performance.
Any help Please ???

well hello bhaveshgoel07,
i dont wont to be the bad guy but its near impossible to take the parts out and put a new processor and i have a question where are you gonna get the cpu, anyway you should try to just save up and get a better laptop or even better just get a desktop where you can easily change the cpu with like one hand lol.
btw a third gen intel cpu i3 has 4 digits and it starts with 3.

negative, the Man. Tech is different. try to find a 32nm Man tech processor if you really want to upgrade.

the manufacturing technology is the physical die size of the processors internal workings, fyi

It's not possible since they use a different CPU socket. FCLGA1155 for the i5 and PGA988 for the i3.
