Budget: $300 - $400
Usage: Gaming (Dota 2 , Call of Duty , Diablo 3 , Battlefield 3 , Nba2k14 , Final Fantasy XIV , Neverwinter , APB Reloaded and more...)

I wanted to buy a laptop for gaming that can play the games that i mentioned for only $300 - $400. I want a cheap laptop because I already have a desktop for gaming.

hahahahaha no. With that budget, you're looking at an iGPU and a slow CPU, nothing that runs games. Your only real option is EBay for those requirements.

If you already have a desktop, maybe get a laptop as an ultraportable and not as a gaming machine. Even if you had nine hundred, maybe a thousand for a decent gaming laptop it would be beaten by a seven hundred dollar desktop.

My friend can play League of legends in his TOSHIBA which he bought just $313 4 years ago. So imagine that price can play a high level graphics game like League of legends and take note the age it's 4 years old. Since then all laptops are now upgraded now with the same price so I think I can buy some decent laptops with that price ranged.

Neverwinter on $300-$400? Absolutely - that might even be overkill. DOTA 2, Diablow 3? Possibly. Battlefield 3? Definitely not, unless someone is dying to give away their i7 with dedicated graphics on Craigslist or eBay.

Edit: It turns out quite a few people are dying to give away their i7 on Craigslist and eBay.

League of legends isn't a graphically demanding game, hence why so many people play it. $300-$400? 'Cheap' and 'good gaming laptop' DO NOT go together. You would be playing at horrible resolutions on the lowest settings for a decent fps on integrated graphics, if it even runs well enough. If you want a laptop for gaming I suggest you bump your budget higher.
The Acer Aspire V5 series seems to be some of the best budget 'gaming' laptops around $600.

Just don't expect performances similar to your desktop, you're going to have to be doing a lot of tweaking.

Contrary to what a lot of ppl thinks, League of Legens is not incredibly demanding and is also a well optimized game. It can run in very low spec laptops or desktops. It doesn't mean the Toshiba from your friend is great, it means the game lets itself be playable.

Raise your budget a little bit more (500-550$) and you will find what you're looking for.

Regards.
