1. What is your budget?
Around $800-1000. Basically I have $1150 dollars to spend though Im taking tax into consideration.

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
A wide with keypad would be much prefered though not needed

3. What screen resolution do you want?
The wider, the better. Though again this is not a huge deal to me.

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
It doesn't need to be very portable. I won't move it often.

5. How much battery life do you need?
None, it will be plugge in 99.9% of the time

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Elder Scrolls Online, specifically the large scale PvP. Medium is the lowest I would like to go.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Just gaming basically.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
Not too much. I can just use the 500GB one from my old laptop if needed

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
Any will work

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
I want it for the long term, a couple of years miniumum. It needs to have a GPU that can be replaced for a better one later on, and also maybe ram that could be upgraded later on.

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
DVD is fine for me. Realistically I dont need any.

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I dont have any preferences

13. What country do you live in?
United States

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
Right now my first choice is: http:// which looks really good, but I would like to catch something better if one is out there.

Also, I would like one that has Windows 7 or can be changed to Windows 7.

Check out this site if you haven't already: http://www.gaminglaptopsjunky.com/

Then for comparisons between notebooks: http://www.notebookcheck.net/
..specifically the gfx chips: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Comparison-of-Laptop-Graphics-Cards.130.0.html

Any can be changed to Win7. And I believe they now come with downgrade rights to Win 7 even if Win 8 is pre-installed. My Thinkpad was like that. I called the retailer and they had it sent with Win 7 installed and win 8 disks included.
