Hi every one. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop which had nothing on screen
I tried to connect to external dispaly via VGA but still no luck (FN+F5 not work!)
I know that the hard disk is broken and he cannot boot to Windows so I think thats why because function key not working
I can hear fan when I power it up and it stays like that with a black screen. I just got it I'm not sure if it have a problem physically damaged for the display.
Anyway I disassemble it and find out that one cable is cut off and I dont know where it comes from
This is the cable and I dont know where the other end goes?

I thought this community was fast, as I saw many times on Google. But seem to not have that good luck until now :)

P.S. I still did not get my confirmation e-mail, if any mod sees this. I use Gmail as a provider.

That looks like a webcam cable in your picture, but it's hard to say since I can't trace where it goes from that picture alone. If you can't get an external display going though then there's a possibility the display adapter is faulty (the display adapter being the Radeon graphics). When using an external monitor, did you try the hotkey for the display toggle?

It was the Micropohone I think because I can read it says MIC.
And now I see that the screen is damaged by itself too. I just think that because the laptop cannot boot I cant use hotkeys to go to a external display because laptop have no OS installed but I can hear the fan I think I can go to BIOS etc. but nothing on external dispalay with (FN+F5 or just F5). this is the key for this model I readed the manual
