YouTube video format help

Hey, I am trying to upload this video in 2K but there are black lines on the top and bottom of the video. https

Thats the video link. What template should I render it in to get 2K and no black lines and an fps of 60. I use Sony Vegas 12

I tried the link a couple of different ways and both times it took me to the YouTube site and not the video you intended to be seen. What did you use and what settings did you use to record the video in question.

Are you talking about the black bars that get put in if the aspect ratio does not match the player? I'm guessing it's that, just make sure you have the video set to the right resolution and aspect ratio that the youtube player can run.

What is the youtube aspect ratio?

They are like the bars you see if you are watching a widescreen movie.

Should 2k be in 16.9 or 16.10 or something else?

Looks like the main player window is not setup to run widesceen fully, I just poked around a bit to see what things look like, I set the new Godzilla trailer to 1080 resolution and it played it with the black bars. So what you are seeing is normal.
