Sony Vegas 12 File location

How would I change where my Sony Vegas renders to. It seems to be locked at rendering to my C drive which is very annoying because I don't have enough space on it.

"If you choose File/Render As, a dialog box will pop-up. In the upper left it says Output File: and just below that is says Folder and shows the path. Below that it says Name: and shows a suggested name based on whatever your project is named. Over on the right there is a Browse dialog box and above that a drop-down arrow where you can specify a new path and name. "
