Windows 8.1 Drivers for HP Elitebook 8440p

I need Windows 8.1 Drivers for HP Elitebook 8440p. Drivers for Intel Graphic Media Accelerator is required most badly. I am unable to find this on both, Intel and HP website.

If HP do not have Windows 8.1 drivers for your laptop model, then you cannot run that version of Windows on it.
Only HP have the correct drivers for HP notebooks.

If they don't support Windows 8.1 on your model, there is nothing we can do about it here, other than to suggest that you keep checking their website every month for updated drivers.

Hi,
You can likely get the Intel drivers if needed from the INTEL site instead. I say "if needed" because Windows 8.1 probably already contains sufficient drivers.

For OTHER drivers/software, you can attempt to use the Windows 7 equivalent (64-bit if you use Windows 8 64-bit) or again go to the site that made the chip/device (like Realtek audio).

Don't bother installing drivers like Audio if that seems to be working fine.

*I installed Windows 8 on a 6-year old HP laptop that only had Vista support (not even Windows 7) and the ONLY drivers I installed were:
a) NVidia video, and
b) Card Reader (the card reader wasn't working so I used the VISTA version from my laptop site and it worked fine)
