i am interested in buying a hp core i3 laptop. One of them is hp pavilion 15 which is a very stylish one . but the problem is its processor speed is 1.8 ghz . One other laptop has a processor speed of 2.4 Ghz but its not that good looking. i want to run some of the older games which require less graphic memory. So is the 1.8 Ghz processor equal/compatible to the 2.4 Ghz one ?And will the 1.8 Ghz processor be able to run games like fifa 13 which require less graphic memory??

I am assuming they are both current model laptops which means they use the same generation Intel CPU. The means the "stylish laptop" is 25% less powerful than the "ugly laptop". Can you get by with a weaker laptop? Sure, but that means you are more likely to spend more money sooner rather than later to buy something more powerful as programs, games, and the internet becomes more CPU intensive.

It might and it might not, you would have to tell us which 2 processors you're talking about. However, the 2.4 GHz one will probably be better, but not necessarily. Also, Fifa actually will be more dependent on the GPU or your APU graphics graphics, not the CPU.
