$1,500 USD budget for video editing laptop

Hey everyone, I'm new here looking for assistance. I've been looking at Toshiba for a new laptop and was wondering if anyone could help me with advice or suggestions for other laptops on the market. I use adobe premiere pro.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you absolutely need it to be able to edit videos? You'd likely be much better off spending $1,00-$1,200~ on an editing desktop and the remaining money on a small laptop for basic needs.

If you do really need it to be a laptop, Lenovo and Asus are good, sturdy brands.
