Laptop condition:

Laptop display not working (Graphics chip issue), but other operation like booting, login to windows (able to hear login sound) are fine.

My questions:

Is it possible to access all my data's in the laptop by connecting another laptop without removing the hard disk from the damaged laptop(by connect using any cables/USB cables)?

Please help me to sort out this issue. Thank you..

not really, you would need remote access enabled or have the laptop connected to your home network.
are you absolutely sure its not just the screen thats died. as normally the laptop would fail to boot if the gpu is damaged.
to test it try a vga lead from the lappy to your tv/monitor if you can. you may just find you get a picture, from that you can connect or allow network access.
