Hey guys I have a budget of Rs 40K (645 $) to spend on a new laptop..
My requirements are :
-Battery not important
-Good GPU for online gaming -Dota 2, CS-Go. CS-Source,Battlefield 2.
Battlefield 3
I have shortlisted 2 laptops :
Asus S56CM-XO177H Ultrabook
-Core i3 (3rd Gen) 3217U
-4GB RAM
-24GB SSD and 500GB HDD
-Windows 8
-15.6 screen
--2GB Nvidia GT635m
2-Asus X550LC-XX039D
-Core i5 (4th gen) 4200U (Pretty good)
-4GB RAM
-Free DOS (I have a copy of Win 8 so no worries)
-15.6 screen
- 2GB Nvidia GT720m (sad)
I am confused ..
One have a good GPU + SSD and good CPU
And the other have a "OK" GPU but a good CPU.
I mean i never seen any of my friends usng i5 (4th gen) so it will be good to show off coz I am getting it under my budget with an "OK" GPU.
I think both CPUs can handle my preferred games which are mostly CPU intensive(Dota 2, CS,LOL) easily.
So is it fine if I go with the 2nd laptop overlooking the 1st laptop's advantages like better GPU and SSD..
