need help with asus vivobook keyboard!

hello people,

my caps, tab, and fn keys dont work. i have an asus vivobook x202e, i have tried uninstalling my drivers, and reinstalling, i have also reinstalled my windows 8.1 and still wont work :(  any recommendations?

Maybe your keys are broken? Call Asus and see if it is a common issue.

I'll give it a try...I just find it weird that all the other keys work fine and those three stop working the next day.

I have the same problem with my Vivobook X202E-DH31T. When I first bought it in April last year, a few keys along the left edge weren't working. I didn't notice at first because I didn't use esc, tilde, tab, caps lock or the Fn key at all. More and more keys became unresponsive over the next several months.

Today, after not using it for a few months, I checked it out thoroughly. 61 out of 82 keys do not work. I'm going to call Asus for an RMA today and hopefully I'll have a better time of it than this unlucky owner:
