hi.. please i have recovered my files but some of them got overwritten... can u please write me how to fix header..

i accidentally deleted my pictures and also from recycle bin
then i have come to recovered using different softwares now that i have recovered these files have been overwritten.. invalid header name error is occuring while opening the picture.. please can you tell me how to fix it.. as i m really in need

If you recover some pictures and stuff, but the space where they were was taken by other files, they are not really recoverable. They are corrupted. Sorry to say.
