skystar 2 doesn't work

Hi everyone!

Skystar 2 tuner work perfectly my old computer but at my new computer doesn't work. "dosesn't work" mean is: dvb tv programs (all of them) find few channels. Also if I use other peoples channel lists; image is distorted in at 2-3 seconds. Any idea? Old and new computer compenents:

old:
epox nforce4 ultra, ddr 400 1gb ram, nVidia 9500gt display, amd athlon 3200+ processor

new:
msi 870a-g54, ati chipset, ddr3 1333 4gb ram, nvidia9500gt display, amd phenomx4 processor

What operating system is installed on the 2 systems?

Win7 32 bit and also Linux Ubuntu 13.10 operating system install on the two computers. Skystar 2 work perfectly on ubuntu and windows operating systems with my old computer. Same system, same drivers. So I guess my problem is not related operating system or drivers.

in my estimation, problem is hardware source. But how, why; I don't know.

Note: New computer bios have lastest version and motherboard don't have IEEE 1394 port. (some peoples told me this port conflict skystar 2 tuner). New computer motherboard have a 3 pci slot and none of them defective.

Note: at this thread say; some motherboards doesn't work with skystar 2. I don't know how accurate. I didn't find any information about this.
