inspiron 15r (5537) fps problem

bought this laptop
have an i5 procesor
graphics card: ati radeon 8850
and 8gb ram

when i try to play something i cant cause the fps drop to 3 and get stuck

can someone help me?

What operating system (include whether 32-bit or 64-bit)? Really sounds like you just need to update your video drivers.

I have windows 8.1 i read that everyone is having that problem with that windows version
However i looked into.my.drovers and they are at the lastest version

Did you upgrade from Win 8 to 8.1? If so, did you re-install the videos drivers AFTER the upgrade?
