I have a blind Uncle, who lives with my grandma, who asked me to record and burn to DVD, 2 Jeopardy Flashback Episodes from crackle.com so they can watch/listen to them together (they don't have a computer). I know this might be considered illegal but, it I'm thinking it might be covered under the Fair Use Act or he might be covered under the ADA.

I've scoured the internet for a program to record from crackle.com and I haven't found mutch. I am currently trying to use Any Video Converter Ultimate and while it doesnt support crackle.com (get an error) it has a recorder that supposedly can record streaming video, the problem is when I use it it often crashes after several minutes or the recorded video doesn't properly play back. I was wondering if anyone knew of good program or programs I could use to accomplish this task?

As noted in the http://www.crackle.com/tos/ TOS, that request is a violation of the service and is PIRATING the content. If you wish to get your Uncle / grandma a copy of Jeopardy episodes, they sell then on DVD. Tom's Hardware does not support the Pirating of ANY content, theft is theft no matter what you may 'post' which can be a total lie.
