750 might be tight for a gaming laptop with an i5 that will as you say "run with good graphics (especially if you want to stream as your doing so)". It really depends on what type of games you play and what settings you are comfortable with. For example, if you play older and less intensive games than a laptop with integrated graphics may suffice like an Intel 4600 or 5200 (not sure how expensive the chips that run 5200 are?). However, if you play more intensive games like AC4, BF4, etc than a dedicated card will be the way to go and for those type of set-ups you can pay as much as 3x your budget and more if you go with SLI.

The cheapest laptop I know with a Haswell i5 and a decent dedicated GPU is a Sager NP7335 and its about $200 over your budget...http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np7355-clevo-w350st-p-6465.html

It will run older games with no worries and current AAA games on med to highish settings. Also because its a Sager you can customize it anyway you want and save as you wish. For example, you can choose to include no OS (that will save $90), smaller HDD, less ram, etc.
