i7 4700mq vs i5 4200m for graphic design

Hi guys, I'm buying a new notebook for working with graphic and motion design (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Puredata/vvvv and Resolume) and I've got about 1500 USD (about 3500 BRL) to invest on it.

I found a store offering a 15" notebook with a GT 750m graphics card and 8 GB RAM but I can't decide on the processor. If I choose the i5, I could buy a SSD instead of a Hybrid Hard Drive.

Which configuration will be the best bang for the buck to suit my needs on the long term (as I want this notebook to last about 4 years)?

You are trying to compare an I7 with 8 threads and 4 physical cores with a I5 with 4 threads and 2 physical cores.

For any sort of CPU intense task like graphics design, that extra CPU power is gonna mean A LOT.
Just get conventional HDD and maybe get an SSD later.
