My computer doesn't repair and when I start up normally it reboots and I click normally agin and it reboots.

Well then.
Turn the computer, or laptop on.
And keep tapping the F8 key.

From the list of options select > safe mode.

If it loads in safe mode, then your next step is to go to backup and restore of windows.
select a restore point.

And windows will restore its self to an earlier time hopefully fixing the problem of the system not booting into windows normally.
