Sound over wifi

Hey guys, I need to tansfer all my computer audio over wifi to another computer, not to stream a song or similar, everything..
example, from computer1 all sounds like games, movies, every sound fx needs to be transmited to computer2 that is connected to home stereo sistem..

Option 1: From your Computer2, remote-desktop to Computer1. Your sound will be transferred as well.
Option 2: SOmething like this http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-audio-receivers-dars/linksys-wmb54g-wireless-g/4505-6470_7-31660626.html, and eliminate Computer2 altogether.

nope and nope..
remote control disables computer1 when conected from comptuper2. i need both working at same time.
no external hardware needed..
i need something like team viewer what i am curently using, only team viewer has video as extra, so it has more lag, not too much <1s but there still is..
something that could do audio only would be much faster and real time
