So, the toshiba laptop is €1100 and it is now on sale for €909. The lenovo y500 is on sale from €999 to €912. They both are basically for the same price. I'd go for the Lenovo y500. They both have pretty similar specs... And the lenovo has an awesome keyboard! But the problem is that it seems to be Out of stock. Not only that; I've been waiting ONE WEEK for it to be On stock again, but you know what they did? Removed it from the shop. Can you believe it? I wonder why...

So I've been thinking about the toshiba, or wait for the lenovo, if it is again... What do you think?

LENOVO SPECS:
i7 3630QM - 2,4GHz (4 cores)
8GB RAM DDR3
1TB HDD (5400rpm)
NVIDIA GT 650M (2GB VRAM)
Screen 15.6” 1920x1080
6-cell battery

TOSHIBA SPECS:
i7 4700MQ - 2,4GHz (4 cores)
8GB RAM DDR3L 1600MHz
1TB HDD (5400rpm)
NVIDIA GT 745M (4GB VRAM)
Screen 15.6” 1920x1080
4-cell battery

I checked on the internet, and the difference of perfomance between NVIDIA GT 650M and NVIDIA GT 745M is that 745M is 1% better. What do you think?

and does the toshiba p50-a-12z have a keyboard with lights?

Solution
Practically, both GT745M and GT650M will offer similar performance. i7 4700MQ is slightly faster than i7 3630QM. So, Toshiba is a better buy than Lenovo.

Acc. to the official website, it does have a backlit keyboard, but not red (I think).
