Yea the one on Newegg is much better with a graphics chip that is much more powerful.

I don't think LoL is in the list, but that site has the results this chip got playing several games, and MMOs typically aren't as graphically demanding as games like Bioshock Infinity which managed to run on high settings.
If the Toshiba laptop can do "medium" settings:

Then the Acer on Newegg will do closer to very high or maxed settings.
