So I'm selling my desktop computer in March (what a shame!) for college/mobile purposes, plus I've always wanted a laptop. I thought about waiting for the new Lenovo laptops to come out. I just have a few questions about them.
I'm a college student so money is a bit tight. I'm selling my current desktop for $750 (I have a job/money so I'm fine on that part).
Would the Z series be fine for gaming? I usually play CS:GO, L4D2, Dota 2, etc usually the Steam games. I'm wondering if it would be able to max out these games at decent fps?
Also, what is the difference between the Z40/50 and Y40/50 other than screen size?
Would the Y series be worth the jump of double the price for the gaming laptop?
The Z series comes out in March and the Y series comes out in May. I don't mind waiting for the Y series because I'm going to be primarily focusing on school. I have a crappy laptop to do my work once I rid my desktop. I know it's hard because these laptops aren't even out yet but by looking at the specs, what are your opinions?
Much appreciated, thanks.
