Difference between these two headphones? Any other headphones under $30 I should be aware about?

I was about to get the Monoprice 8323 headphones, but then I stumbled upon the NX-HTDJ headphones. As far as I can tell, the only difference is that the NX-HTDJ headphones have velour pads, are cheaper, and it comes with a bag. Is this true? Is there audio quality differences between the two?

Unless someone has direct experience with both of those models, you can only guess.

Those two might look similar, but I would be very surprised if they were the same thing. I own / have owned a few Monoprice headphones, and very few brands can get better for the $, both in terms of sound quality and build quality.

I suggest you get the Monoprice, which is a safe and well-known value, instead of taking a risk with the no-name brand for only a few dollars less. The extra money you pay will be worth it, in my experience.

Do you have any suggestions? I really can't spend over $35, so these are my best bets.

Actually I don't at this price, but I wouldn't buy random headset because 99% made in china and has very low sound quality,not talking about building.
