Graphics Card Problem

Hi guys

am having a problem with my toshiba l655 laptop
the laptop just froze and i turned it off using the power button and i started it again and it worked but after a couple of mins it just froze again did the same but the time the laptop didnt start at all so i went to a computer tech and he stated that my graphics card has splited from the motherboard so he used a heater to solid it again and the laptop worked great for about 2 weeks till today i had the same problem so i went to the same guys and he told me the same thing and he did the same thing and the laptop is working now
now the question is that what can i do so this does not happens again ?! or is this laptop kinda going to die and its recommended to get a new one ?!

It sound like it have aready died 2 times and have being resurected 2 times .... :)


you have 2 options :
One - replace the motherboard - will fix the problem for nets 1-2 years or maybe more
Two - look for Pro Service to have REBOL - not just to "heat the faulty chip"

The right process is REBOL it`s compleatly remove the faulty chip , clean and prepare the chip for re-soldier back on the motherboard , soldier the chip - it`s not so simple and it`s made like in the manifacturrer but it`s not " heating the chip " at all .....
