I'm looking for a notebook/laptop i can use for school. I already own a gaming desktop but i didn't know i needed to have a laptop for my education, the laptop i have now sounds like a jet engine and is as hot a volcano and erupts at the nearest sight of a game like cod4. So that's why i'm asking you guys. I'm not very familiar with notebook/laptop hardware so i'm hoping you guys can help me.
1. What is your budget
Around 500-600 euro's,
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
Just the standard size 15.6"
3. What screen resolution do you want?
Would love 1080p but 1366x768 would be fine too.
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable.
5. How much battery life do you need?
not that important. it'll probably be plugged in either at school or at home.
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Medium gaming, new-ish games, i want the best i can get for 5-600 even if it's low, it'll be fine. games like Cod or CS and maybe even new games(black flag,simcity, SCII, bf) if it's possible.
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Coding/scripting(Application & Media Developer is what i'm doing now), watching videos, Cinema3d.
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
Doesn't matter(Since it's not my main pc.). 250/500/750/1 TB. i'll plan on putting the big stuff on an external.
9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
As long as i can buy it in the Netherlands it'll be fine. if you don't know just ask and i'll search.
