When I power up the tv, the red light flashes and I hear clicking. A few moments I hear the power down sound and more clicking. Then it repeats over and over again. I Opened the TV I see a bulged capacitor on the VScan board. IS this the problem or are there bigger things going on here? Please help! Me tv knowledge is limited.
