New fan starts only when is overheating

Hey guys, i recently replaced a fan on my hp compaq 6735s, the last fan wotked fine, but that was a terrible noise same as the airplane is starting

. Replaced, worked fine first day, another day i noticed its start rotating only when the heat is around 90celsium... any ideas?

it probably requires a higher starting voltage and it's only once it hits 90C that the bios is telling the fan to go full speed that it actually starts.

what did you take out and what did you buy?

well i took out the original fan, and replaced by original as well, maybe some malfunction or wrong install? today i did disassamble the laptop to check it out and assembled it again, didint notice anything what could be stucked there so only high speed could free it off... sometimes i think i hear it spinning slowly, but its only occasionally...

is it posible that something else is wrong on the laptop whats causing overheting but the fan is programmed to keep slow spinning until it gets real hot?
