You could take laptop apart and see what the problem is, I had a loose power jack in my old laptop, eventually I opened it up and took a look and saw that the power jack was either never seated correctly or that I plugged in my adapter to harshly and caused the power jack to move back a bit. All I had to do was reseat the power jack on its clip again and it wasnt as loose, I also used some electrical tape too
Edit: Think i might of misread, but you seem to be saying the pin itself has been pushed back into the power jack not the power jack itself has been pushed back. If the pin has been pushed back then you might need to buy a new power jack, you can open up your laptop to see if its one of those power jacks that is soldered on or the new ones with just a plug, if its a plug one that its a simple buy a power jack and install job, if its soldered then you will need to solder on the new power jack. The power jack can be bought off ebay for a rather cheap price
