Which headset should I get?

I'm torn between a number of different headsets. I can get Astro A30s WITH the 7.1 Mixamp or the Astro A40s WITHOUT the Mixamp. I've read a lot that Astros are hardly even worth it, without the mixamp.

I've also looked at Tritton headsets, and people rate them to be decent, not to mention Sennheiser is popular as well.

I just don't know, my budget is no more than $150. Any insight?

Well.... Upon checking and finding out that Amazon now has sales tax for the state that I live in -- The price for A40s is too high. I'm now looking at Astro A30s or Tritton 720+.

Err, it'd be the Astro A30s without the mixamp. Again also because of the tax, with the mixamp is too much now. Amazon really sucks now.

Astro A30s without the mixamp are within my budget, the Tritton 720+ is JUST outside of it (I'm willing to go the extra few dollars since it's not very far outside my budget).
