So you want audio to the chairs right?
If your tv has a line out you would want a Bluetooth transmitter. This takes analog audio and then converts it to digital for bluetooth and transmits it to devices(speakers/headphones ect).
Now some tv's will vary the volume of these line out's and other swill not. Most cable boxes and any dvd/bluray players will have line out as well.
That would be about the most easy way to do it. Most electronics stores and many web stores sell such adapters.

I do not use bluetooth anything, but this works just like a set of wireless speakers. Quality adapters should provide you the best signal and sound quality.
