I have a windows 7 Dell laptop.
It won't connect to the internet when everyone else's in my house connects perfectly.
After it finally connects it takes at least 30 mins for a page to load up and even after that is really slow to load. It sometimes makes a loud noise when loading things as well.
I've tried a disk clean up and a virus check, it just doesn't work.
Sometimes it switches off randomly when I'm on it.
I have asked everyone and no one knows what's wrong with it.
Would be very grateful for any help!
