I keep getting pops while using google chrome. I have scanned my computer using malware bytes and avast both have come up short. I have removed all extensions from Chrome expect my adblocker. I can say that the pop is from crackle.com. If I could get any suggestions on maybe a software that could clean this I would be very thankful, I'm trying to find a way around a manual hunt and removal. I am also using windows 7 if that helps.

Seems you've got yourself a rootkit. Try scanning with kaspersky's anti-rootkit scanner/remover. Link is direct download: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.exe

Check your startup programs for anything that shouldn't be starting with windows. To do so click start and type msconfig -> then goto startup tab and uncheck anything in there that isn't your anti-virus because nothing on this tab has to start with windows in order to start windows properly. Otherwise go to your Programs/features in control panel and see if a program called crackle is installed in there.

Thanks for mentioning rootkits, didn't even know about those. I think I found the issue in a extension on chrome. I used avast to scan chrome for any extras, but I guess it missed that one. I also took a couple of programs off my start up, but They were all from publishers that are well known. I didn't find any unknown programs in the the programs list in the control panel. All great suggestions by the way! I'll let you if I keep getting the issue.

Yeah another way of telling if you have a rootkit(not always the case but:) if when you keep scanning with your av and viruses that you've already scanned and "deleted" are still there than you know you have a rootkit, but again its not always the case.

I don't have the issue anymore, My bet is it was the extension. I actually remember Avast deleting a program under the same name. I believe it was called "freearcade" or something very close. I appreciate your help!
