I want to setup 4 flat screens TV's to show one football game (1/4 picture per TV) and switch to 4 different games?

This should be fairly easy what gpu do you have all you need is enough video output slots. DVI,VGA,HDMI etc etc.
all you have to do is go into monitor option and set them to extend. You will get 4 different screens. Now you just drag each game to a different screen and make them full screen.

To share the picture between 4 screen you need to use either AMD Eyefinity or Nvidia Surround depending on what card you have.
