laptop DELL VOSTRO 1510 ... VGA is not working on external monitor, need help...VGA of my laptop does not work on the external monitor with VGA, is there might be VGA problem or my laptop settings? Help wanted.... Thanks

I tried F8 key and also the button on laptop(fn key + F8 key) but it does not work... Screen of laptop get black for one second then comes up again but it's not send the signals out through VGA to external monitor.... Does someone know how to fix ... Can some one tell me .. Thanks
