This morning while I was moving my laptop to show someone a video, my screen was working just fine until I moved it after then my screen turned to a blue tint. It shifted back when I moved it a bit but then it turned back to the blue tint. It's not a blue screen but it shows lets say google chrome just colored blue. So I went to my room, set it down and restarted my computer. Well, after I did that my screen was black. I picked up my laptop, brought it out into my living room and connected it to an HDMI cable to see if the screen shows up on an external monitor. Well, it does. I'm actually using it right now to make this. My laptop works fine, just the screen won't display. I called a laptop shop and they want around 200$ to fix this so before I take the jump to pay for that I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas to how I could fix this.

I already tried removing the battery and draining it;

I hav tried removing the ram/memory and putting it into the other slot or checking if its loose because it dropped;

If you have any suggestions please tell me; don't comment with '' I have this problem too please help! ''

that doesn't help.

thank you.

Sounds as if you've broke your screen, plain and simple...of course you could go ahead and try to fix this yourself, but laptops are fiddly and annoying to take apart.

It's more as if its just a connection problem, I've asked my grand father who knows about computers and he's agreed with me. I plan to call my uncle who has experience in fixing laptops and xbox's, etc. maybe he'll do it for me,

Well if its going to be cheaper or even free to do that...go for it and save $200 :)
